last wednesday i had decided not to take outfit pictures due to it being so hot and humid.
then of course, we pass this abandon building and it was love at first sight.
there is something about old buildings.
i think it is because i start to daydream about all the people from the past that have walked through the door and wonder what their lives where like and what they wore.
silly, i know.

  6. That's the exact reason I love vintage clothing.. to imagine others wearing it and making memories or a difference or something. :)

You look so pretty just like you always do, and I can't wait for us to meet up one of these days and eat pancakes! Love you!

  13. This outfit is so cute! I love those shorts and the peter pan collar on the shirt.
I totally understand what you mean about it being too hot and humid. I'm from Louisiana, and the weather here is just terrible. I can only stand to be outside for 5 or 10 minutes. It's so gross.

Looking forward to your next post! I just adore your blog.

  30. It's not silly at all. I do the same thing. I was walking down a street in town with a lot of Victorian houses, and I got so preoccupied thinking about all the women who had lived in those houses throughout the years and what their lives were like.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Oh yes, I love old houses too! My imagination often runs wild and I make up stories about who lived there in years past. Those shoes, those shoes. I LOVE them! I have been on the lookout for a pair with no luck. But I envision myself finding a pair for the Fall! Have a lovely week! xx
