hello!
this is eliza from mess.your.hair.up.

the lovely gee has very kindly asked me to fill in for her today while she takes a well deserved holiday & spends some quality time with her hubby!

i thought i would share a few photos of my cornflake cake making session at the weekend...they are probably the most simple cakes to make but definitely the most delicious!

here are the instructions:
1) melt a large bar (or two!) of chocolate in the microwave
2) mix in plenty of cornflakes
3) divide the mixture up & put into cake cases
4) add a little chocolate egg on top for an easter touch
5) put in the fridge to set

hope you enjoyed this post...thanks for reading!

xx

  1. This looks SOOO GOOD! =) At first I thought it was peanuts or something which would have made me cry because I'm allergic. But cornflakes? I can eat that! And it's super simple to make.
