the lovely gee has very kindly asked me to fill in for her today while she takes a well deserved holiday & spends some quality time with her hubby!
i thought i would share a few photos of my cornflake cake making session at the weekend...they are probably the most simple cakes to make but definitely the most delicious!
here are the instructions:
1) melt a large bar (or two!) of chocolate in the microwave
2) mix in plenty of cornflakes
3) divide the mixture up & put into cake cases
4) add a little chocolate egg on top for an easter touch
5) put in the fridge to set
hope you enjoyed this post...thanks for reading!

This looks SOOO GOOD! =) At first I thought it was peanuts or something which would have made me cry because I'm allergic. But cornflakes? I can eat that! And it's super simple to make.
ReplyDeleteI love easter cakes, although there tends to be not very many mini eggs left by when its time to use them. he he
