watch out for raccoons

hello loves.

first off, i want to say thank you so much for the birthday wishes.
i love you all very much.

this is my first wardrobe wanderlust outfit....this beautiful dress belongs to lovely sydney
as you all know, i have a huge love for dresses & even a bigger love for floral dresses.
so this dress was perfect in every way.

we traveled to ohio to shop and see my in laws for my birthday..
they live in what you would call the country.
(just a fyi: i am a city girl..the husband prefers the country.)
they own a few acres.. so i knew i wanted to take my outfit photos in their backyard.
when we finally decided on the husbands old playhouse as the location..
i proceeded to go inside when the husband said.."watch out for raccoons."
i stopped in my tracks and said "seriously.."
then he said.."remember the time with the skunk?"
(i will tell you that story another day.)

needless to say, we snapped the pictures quickly.

  16. Can I tell you how nervous I was to read this post? Raccoons and possums are like number 8123 in the list of things I am terrified of. You are a brave soul to tread somewhere looking that damn beautiful knowing there could be a rabies infested animal on the inside.

I love that sweater beneath the dress <3. The elbow patches and those sweet tights really won me over.
